Inference uses the existing Apache-2.0 Transformers.js and MIT ONNX Runtime. The separate, unmodified CPU-only SIMD runtime is onnxruntime-web 1.31.0-dev.20260914-8d85527a0, the exact Transformers.js 4.3.0 dependency. It does not replace Chatterbox's custom GPU runtime. The upstream runtime's complete dependency notices are reproduced in ONNXRUNTIME-THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt alongside its MIT project license. No GPL eSpeak phonemizer or Piper runtime is distributed by this integration.
